Description
Order the construction plans for your replica of the 4-cylinder boxer engine here! The construction plan consists of eight sheets in DIN A3 format showing the individual parts and two sheets in the same format showing the views and section of the complete engine. Furthermore, a six-page construction description in DIN A4 format is available. Also included are parts lists of all parts. Additionally, supplier addresses of e.g. ball bearings, gears and valve springs included. The plan is very precise and shows all parts in an understandable form. A lathe and milling machine is required for production.

The engine is a multi-cylinder 4-stroke glow ignition, which was developed in-house. Except for the carburetors, no parts from other engines were used, each component is my own design. The engine is air-cooled and operates with mixed lubrication (methanol and synthetic oil). It is designed as an aircraft engine, but is not based on any particular model.
